  1. Shipping Locations: We currently ship orders within the United States & Canada .

    *If you are shopping in the US. we currently do not support deliver to  Alaska, Arkansas, Massachusetts, Hawaii, Vermont, Rhode Island. And services to certain areas may be temporarily unavailable.

    Simply enter your shipping address during checkout to confirm delivery options.

  1. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

    Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

    *Generally, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your package ships. Alternatively, you can log in to your account and visit "My Orders" to view your shipment details.

  1. Undeliverable Packages

    If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to accept delivery, we can reship the package to you; however, additional shipping charges may apply. Alternatively, we can issue a refund for the product cost, excluding the original shipping fees.
  1. You may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

    Damaged or Missing Items If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

    1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or details of the issue.
    2. We will work to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund.
