1. General Refund Policy

  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final; we do not offer refunds or accept returns for any reason once an order has been shipped. This policy applies regardless of whether the product packaging has been opened. We strongly encourage new customers to try our Sample Packs to ensure their preference before committing to larger orders.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take pride in our quality. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or a shipping error:

  • Contact us: Send an email to contact@zarpouch.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Supporting Documents: You must provide clear photos/videos of the unopened product, the shipping label, and the outer mailing box/bag.

Shipping Insurance: If you purchased shipping insurance at checkout, your order is protected against loss, theft, or damage during transit. Please follow the instructions in your insurance confirmation email to file a claim.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

To ensure rapid fulfillment, any requests for address corrections, modifications, or cancellations must be made by email to  contact@zarpouch.com within a strict 1-hour window following your purchase.

Once this hour has passed, your order is immediately transmitted to our fulfillment center. At this stage, no further changes or cancellations can be made under any circumstances. 

4. Refunds & Resolutions

Once a manufacturing defect, shipping error, or out-of-stock situation is verified, a replacement or a full refund for the affected item will be issued at no additional cost to you.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to process. If it hasn't arrived after 10 business days, contact our team at contact@zarpouch.com .
  • Shipping Fees: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable for partial refunds. Shipping fees are only refundable if the entire order is canceled due to our error or a total stock-out.
